1. Use of the App

1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.

1.2 You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account credentials used to access the App.

2. User Content

2.1 The App may allow you to create, upload, and store content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in such content.

2.2 By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform the content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the App.

3. Data Sync

3.1 The App provides the option to sync your files to your personal iCloud account. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of data. It is your responsibility to ensure that your data is regularly backed up.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 RepRecall Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. It will automatically be renewed at the end of your subscription unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6.2 "Our Service may include links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by the App. The App does not have control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not endorse the offerings of these entities or their websites. You acknowledge and agree that the App is not responsible for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites or services. We recommend reviewing the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit."

7. Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted and governed by the laws of Republic. of Korea, regardless of any conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not waive our right to enforce such provisions in the future. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. These Terms represent the complete agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements between us concerning the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

8.1 We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website or within the App. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.
